Economic Cost

With a final, detailed study still pending, we estimate an approximate building cost of 14 million Euros. The cost of inside fittings and equipment will have to be added to that amount. We have not taken into account the contribution of the LAMELA Architects’ Study, nor that of the engineering and other technical advice regarding the building work, which has been lent totally free of charge, the same as all the medical and sociosanitary advice so generously given by the different specialized teams who have untiringly contributed to our Project.

We are still a long way from raising the full financing required and, therefore, I appeal to everybody who may want to help, either with a financial contribution or by donating their services or materials to the future Complex, to join us in our aim of achieving this work of recognition and support for our elders.
