Has allocated to the Queen Sofia Foundation a 18.500 m² site in Vallecas for the building of the Sociosanitary Complex.
Will take charge of the management of the Complex once it is built, as it is responsible by law for the health care of the Madrid Autonomous Region.
Will define the structure of the Research Centre, as well as its future staff according to medical and technical guidelines to be decided later. .
Will collaborate with the Ministry of Health in the above task and will establish practical care rules concerning equipment and staff.
Will direct and coordinate the performances of all participants in the Project. Will manage the Project’s financing and will allocate all its funds to it.
S.M. la Reina Doña Sofía ha visitado las zonas en las que se intervendrá para reforestar espacios protegidos afectados por incendios, en el marco del convenio firmado entre la Fundación Reina Sofía y la Xunta.
La Fundación Reina Sofía y la Xunta destinan más 170.000 € a ejecutar este año dos actuaciones de restauración ambiental en espacios protegidos afectados por el fuego en Rubiá (en 2025) y Folgoso do Courel (en 2022). La Fundación ha aportado 65.000 € y la Xunta, a partir de esa aportación, ha podido incorporar fondos europeos para estas actuaciones.
